3. Select the quantity you wish to purchase.
4. Click on ''ADD TO CART''.
5. Once you have finished shopping, click on ''MY CART''.
5. Finish your order by completing the necessary information on the payment and delivery page.

Standard Shipping
With Canada Post, the average delivery time is ;
Québec : 3 to 13 business days
Canada : 4 à 15 business days

This type of delivery comes with a tracking number to follow your order on the Canada Post website. You'll receive your package between 1 and 4 business days

Additional delays due to COVID-19
Given the current pandemic situation, it is quite normal that delivery times are longer than those mentioned above. You just have to be patient, everyone is working very hard to get your jewels quickly delivered to your home!

Standard delivery is free on all orders over $100. No promotional code required, it will automatically be added to your shopping cart at checkout.

***It is essential to write all the information above, because if one of them is missing or erroneous, note that Flove Jewels will not be responsible for the loss of your package. However, it will be possible to ship it back at your expense.

Warning
If you have ever had an allergic reaction to our gold-plated jewelry and would like to order them again, we will not be able to refund it if you react again. As we make no profit on delivery, and gold-plated jewelry is more expensive to produce, we cannot afford it. Thank you for your understanding.

Warranty
It is possible that your jewel has a manufacturing defect. If this is the case, you have 45 days from the date of your purchase to contact us by email with photos/videos of the problem. Unfortunately, once the deadline has passed, we will not be able to exchange the product.

Terms and Conditions
I confirm that I have read the return policy which states that jewellery is not refundable nor exchangeable.
I confirm that if there is a problem with my order, I will contact Flove Jewels by email within 60 days maximum. Once the deadline has passed, Flove Jewels will not be able to grant any exchange.
I confirm that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. If information is missing or incorrect in the delivery address, an additional fee of $6 will be charged for the package to be redirected, if it went back to Flove Jewels. An incorrect or incomplete delivery address may also result in your order being lost or stolen and Flove Jewels is not responsible for this.
I confirm that I am aware that my order cannot be changed once it has been placed. Please ensure that it is accurate and that the correct promotional code is entered, as we will not be able to change it.
I confirm that I have become aware that the warranty does not apply to gold-plated jewellery, as plating makes them more fragile to various factors (skin pH, chemicals, chlorine, sweat, etc.).

S : 16-16.5 cm
M : 17-17.5 cm
L : 18-18.5 cm
The size of the bracelet may vary by a few millimetres, depending on the type and/or size of the balls. All bracelets are made of elastic rope 0.5 mm.

Return Policy
Please note that ALL Flove Jewels products are not exchangeable nor refundable. To make sure you choose the right size of earrings, make sure you read the product description. The size, in mm, is always written.

Waterproof Jewels
All jewels that are made of Stainless Steel or 925 Sterling Silver can be worn at any time, even under water, without risk of discolouration or rusting.

Pre-Order
All pre-order jewellery will be sent within 5 to 10 business days from the date of the order. If your purchase includes pre-order jewels and in-stock jewels, it will be sent in one package.
